Caroline was a founding member of The Career Development Company. She maintains a connection to our team as an Associate. Caroline has worked with individuals and organisations for the last 30 years in diverse roles—all underpinned by her passion to support individuals to develop the skills and knowledge to create and thrive in the future they want, and for organisations to have a happy and engaged workforce. Caroline is a published author, an Accredited Administrator of Myers Briggs Type Indicator and of DISC instruments.
